Update from SANNE regarding Covid-19

We’re here to help
Nothing is more important to SANNE than the health and safety of our people, whether they are within our organisation or working remotely from their homes during this global outbreak of Coronavirus. Over the past few months since the outbreak begin, we have successfully enacted our business continuity protocols around the globe.

SANNE is committed to continuing to maintain the high service levels that clients have become accustomed to. Currently, more than 80% of our global staff are working from their homes.

These are the steps that each and every one of our staff are following.

Business as usual
As directed by Government agencies, we have enacted our business continuity plan and moved to a remote working solution. Importantly, we remain open for business, have not experienced and do not expect any disruptions to our service levels at this stage.

We have also been quick to implement a number of proactive measures across our global offices that will help to protect our people and operations going forward. These include:

  • We have communicated guidelines to our people on how to limit infections, quarantine requirements and also halted all non-essential travel.
  • We are strictly following the guidance issued by Governments and their appointed agents in the locations in which we operate. In addition, we are also closely following the guidance issued by the World Health Organisation with regards to the ongoing situation. 
  • Our global business has transitioned and more than 80% of our people are successfully working remotely. Its business as usual.  
  • Where we have scheduled meetings with clients or advisors in impacted areas we are arranging alternative meeting arrangements, such as Skype, so that these can continue to take place.

We would like to assure you that SANNE is well positioned and continues to fulfil its promise to provide exceptional client service, particularly during these uncertain times. We remain open for business and do not expect any disruptions to our service levels.
